Hey! There are more ways to be bright than just chugging ADB for energy (though yes, I personally love that option).
There are life-improving hacks everywhere, and this week I’m sharing one of those infinite bright ideas: my Power Oat Balls recipe I came up with the other day (with a lot of help from ChatGPT).

Why These Beat Store-Bought Snacks
- More fiber (oats + flax/chia) → steadier energy, fewer snack attacks
- Protein (protein powder + nut/seed butter) → actually filling
- Healthy fats (nut/seed butter + flax/chia) → smoother energy curve
- You control sweetness → no corn syrup, no mystery oils
- Batchable + freezable → Future You says thanks
Power Oat Balls (approx. 20–24 balls)
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup ground flaxseed or a mix of flax + chia
- ¼–½ cup nut or seed butter
- ½–1 scoop protein powder (optional but helpful)
- ⅓ cup honey or mashed banana for binding
- Optional mix-ins: chopped nuts, dried fruit, or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir in nut butter and honey (and protein powder if using) until combined.
- Chill 10–15 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into balls and refrigerate or freeze.
Pair It Like a Pro
Sip ADB on ice alongside one or two of these for the “chew + sip” combo: fullness from fiber/protein, steady energy and hydration from the drink. It’s the bright way to snack without the crash.
